Case Assembly Continued
Now for the front panel, go ahead and install the 2 fans and the front PCB to front panel. Then take the front panel and attach it to the front of the case. Make sure you also attach the 2 corner blocks to the front of the case as shown below.
The back panel is next, install the aluminum backplate and the fan on to the pack panel. Then attach it to the back of the case. Also installing the 2 corner blocks as shown.
I felt like it was a good time to install the rest of my hardware, even though there is no mention in the entire rest of the directions about installing any hardware! I first installed my motherboard, which is a mATX board, so I had no troubles getting it in there. Next was my power supply and the rest of the add-in cards. There was more than enough room inside for me to get everything installed easily.
Once you have everything installed and connected you can go ahead and close up the case. The sides of the case are easily installed by attaching them with 5 screws.
Next before you put the top on the case you want to install the core fan to the core fan panel. I decided I wanted it behind my hard drive so I went ahead and installed it all the way to the left. It can be placed anywhere on the core fan panel. From there just attach it to the top panel and install the top panel on the case.

I don't think this product will sell well, if it is meant for an HTPC,it will stick out like a sore thumb in the home theater setting, and will distract viewers with the UV.

Agreed unless you don't use any lighted fans but who would do that with a clear acrylic case.
Even if you didn't have the lighted fans, you'd still see all the hardware and fans running and dust collecting inside this acrylic case. Also it would still stand out against the usually matte/shiny black or silver dvd players and the likes
Since its main use is for a a HTPC using regular fans would be bag since you being using it in the dark. I mean who watches the boob tube with the lights on?
I know i do. It's actually better for the eyes, because the wall behind the tv gives you depth

you're not concsiouly paying attention to the wall, like i said, your eyes are using the wall subconciously as a reference, giving depth.

I also watch lots of things with the lights off and already have a lit up mouse and keyboard i do want a horizontal acrylic case just like the old custom modded origonal xboxs. id like my PC to go right next to my consoles except with its wicked graphics card visible to show them whos boss 🙂
I love clear electronics i would have every colour of the rainbow in controllers if i could this is ideal for me and with 4 fans seems like a decent price for sure even though the fans will probably become averagely loud shortly.
