Installation & Usage
Getting your iPhone in the Fitted case is really easy. As I showed you before the case is actually 2 parts, the back and front. Take them apart and place your iPhone in the back, then take the front and snap it on. It is that simple, should take you 5 to 10 seconds at most. Taking the case off is also easy just unsnap the front and the rest is cake.
This case gives you the ability to use headphones and connect your iPhone cable to your phone. I like this as some cases I’ve reviewed had the iPhone connector covered which does protect it, but it’s just annoying to remove your case if you just want to sync your iPhone.
I have been using the case for about a week new and I really like it. The fabric on the back really gives it a different feel as well as a cool look. It also makes it easier to carry.
Final Thoughts
This case is definitely my new iPhone case for the time being, replacing my Griffin Clarifi. I really like the fabric on this case as I said it makes it easier to hold, but because of the fabric Speck is able to create some really great designs. The first night I took my iPhone out with the fitted case on 3 people asked me where I got the case. That says a lot for the design and remember there are 12 designs total for the Fitted case so you have a good selection to choose from.
The case is also very lightweight, which I like a lot. I’m really not a fan of large iPhone cases that make me feel like I’m carrying a brick rather than my iPhone. Also as I said installation of your iPhone is simple and all of your connections are easily accessible.
Although there is a downside to having fabric on the back of the case. First if you spill anything on the case it will most likely stain which could ruin the case. Also I’ve noticed even after a week of use the fabric has started to fray towards the bottom of the case.
The price of this case is $29.95 directly from Speck and that’s a reasonable price considering the quality and eye catching design of the case. Overall ThinkComputers gives the Speck Fitted iPhone Case a 9 out of 10 score.

Pros:
– Eye catching designs (12 total)
– Easy to install
– Fabric gives you a good grip on the phone
Cons:
– Fabric can easily be stained and will fray over time

First saw this case at Meijer and paid $35 for it because my Moshi iPhone case cracked. I was in a hurry to purchase a case for protection and now I'm sorry I paid so much when it is offered for $15 less at Amazon. Live and learn, as usual. Does anyone know if the fabric cleans well and, if so, what did you use? I can't find anything online about cleaning. Are there other users that can share what they use to clean the fabric?
I would not recommend the speck fitted fabric case to anyone considering it. I've had my purple plaid fitted case for 13 days and the fabric is already fraying at the edges, the plastic on the front is chipping, and the right (non-button) side tends to come loose. I can't argue that it's a stylish case, but it's not going to look good for long at the rate it's deteriorating!
I really like these cases. I like the cross hatch look and feel and the colors that blend together in the argyle look. I also found this review quite helpful for the iPad speck cases:

Speck cases are an expensive peice of junk. I had purchased one because I wanted to make sure my phone was really well protected. I ended up having 3 in 3 months because the first two were faulty and I was given a replacement both times under warranty. 3rd one seemed fine… I dropped my phone on tiles back side up and my screen cracked. I didn’t understand how the screen could crack when it didn’t even land on it. Anyway i will never buy another one and do not recommend them.
