Packaging

When I received the brown box from the courier, I started to wonder why it was in such a large box. Upon opening the shipping box, I gazed upon a much smaller box in which held the Samsung ST50. Now at first I did not know how small this Ultra-slim digital camera would be, but with a box this small, I had a feeling it would probably be the smallest compact digital camera I have yet had the pleasure of trying out.

When you open up the box you are presented with the CD-ROM, Manual and Warranty Card. Below that you get to see the Ultra-slim ST50 as well as the A/V-Out cable, lithium battery, lanyard and USB/Power cable.

  • Woohoo! Ultra Slim is cool! Samsung ST50 is the cam for me. Jampacked with features and mighty strong!
  • Like the slim design however the proprietary USB cable is a big negative in my book.

I agree, the delay for the camera, while viewing photos would be a major flaw to this product. This defeats the purpose of digital cameras, which allow you to view your photos quickly and retake them should you so desire.

When you look through your pictures on the camera, is it supposed to be slow and awkward?
