Samsung Announces New NX2000 Mirrorless Camera

Samsung has added a new camera to their line of NX camera’s, the NX2000 Mirrorless Camera. This camera features a 20.3MP APS-C CMOS Sensor, a very large 3.7-inch touchscreen LCD display, full HD video and 3D still/video shooting capability (3D is available when paired with the 45mm 2D/3D lens; sold separately), and built-in Wi-Fi for easy sharing via email or social networking sites like Facebook and YouTube.

The NX2000 also features a DRIMe IV engine which works to reduce noise, improve speed and enable superior color reproduction. SMART mode on the NX2000 provides even more options to aid you in taking the perfect shot, offering 14 different scene modes, a selection of settings which reflect your shooting environment and needs. Users have a choice of 12 interchangeable lenses and with Samsung’s i-Function system users can control various settings with the lens, such as the aperture or shutter speed.

The NX2000 also features Samsung’s SMART Camera 2.0 technology. You can download the Samsung SMART CAMERA App for iOS or Android and as soon as you take photos the can be instantly shared to those devices. Also if an internet connection is available you can share photos / videos directly to your favorite social networks like Facebook and YouTube.

The NX2000 will be available in 3 different colors (white, black & pink) and will have an MSRP of $649.99 which includes a 20-50mm lens.
