Overview
With getting everything out of the box now I am going to go over everything that was in the box to more detail. The first thing I will be starting off with is the Psyko 5.1 Headset. Here in the first picture you can see the headset itself.
Now to go into some more details about the Psyko 5.1 headset. In this picture you can that the ear cups have vents that open up. This is to allow you to talk to people in the same room or allow you to cool your ears down after gaming for hours. Also on the right side of the headset at the bottom you can see the plug where the Mic would go into. The next picture is the side of the headset with the vent closed you can see Pysko audio put there logo on the side of the headset, it’s also see through.
Here we have the headband. Well you would think they just made this headband to cool your head off and allow air to pass though but what you didn’t know is that in each part of the 5 headband pads is the 5 speakers for the headset. Now this first picture is the front of the Psyko headset. If you look at the speakers in the headband closely you will see the small indentations on where the sound will escape into the tube to be pushed down to your ear cups. Now the one in the middle is the center speaker and the one on the other sides are the right and left speakers.
On the back side of the headset you can see the rear right and left speakers. These will travel though the back side of the band. The last picture of the Psyko headset is the top view. Which again is see through plastic with the Pysko Audio logo. Here is also a shot of the 3.5m plugs for the headset that will plug into the External powered amp.
We are now at the next important part of the Psyko audio headset. Since the headset is all analog we have the analog amp to help boost the volume along with bass. Here is the picture of the whole unit and the cable.
Looking at the front of the AMP going from left to the right we have a little figure with LED’s that light up to let you know where the sound is coming from. This lets you know if the sound is coming from the front left or rear it also allows you to make sure you have the headset hooked up correctly. Next to the LED area we have the bass control. With this control you can turn up the bass up and down with the rotary knob. On the other side of that we have the power/volume switch. Turn and it clicks on and the unit lights up.
On the back of the Psyko AMP you have the area where the 3.5mm headset cables would plug into. Along with the power cable to power the unit itself. Here is also a side shot of the AMP with the writing of Psyko 5.1 PC AMP. Lastly we have the 3.5m plugs for the AMP, these are the cables that would plug into your sound card.
For the last part of the accessories for the Psyko 5.1 Headset we have the power cable and the Detachable Mic. The power cable is rated at 5v to power the Psyko Audio AMP. Here is the Detachable Mic.
