Patriot Xporter XT Rage 32GB Flash Drive Review

Testing – Sandra’s Removable Storage Benchmark & ATTO
Our first test is SiSoftware’s Sandra.  It has a removable storage benchmark.  This benchmark does a few different tests, but we will be concentrating on the file transfer tests.  There are 5 different file tests.  Here are the results from those tests.

As you can see from the results the Patriot Xporter XT Rage beats out the competition.

Next up we have ATTO Disk Benchmark that measures transfer rates across specific lengths.

Interesting to see that the Kignston DT mini10 get a better write score than the Xporter XT Rage.

  1. My experience the Patriot flash drives tells me to stay away.
I own an ST Rage 16 GB.
It works fine for a short while on Windows 7 and Windows XP, but then I get the message that the drive needs to be formatted with Windows 7.
If it won’t continually work with both operating systems, what good is it?
Not worth having at any price.
