Once the FUEL+ is out of its box, I felt that the sense of speed was strongly conveyed. Furthermore, FUEL+’s red and white colors with black font remind me of the Baja 500, and I have no clue why. My emotions aside, a sense of speed and cars matches the product’s name, FUEL+. Fuel is needed to power a car, and a battery’s fuel is electricity. FUEL+ provides fuel (electricity) to your mobile devices so they’re always charged in our always-on world.
Patriot has done a great job making FUEL+ a lightweight product. It is only a tad bit heavier than the recently reviewed Luxa2 P1 7000mAh battery, and a lot lighter than my Rosewill 7800mAh battery.
FUEL+’s x,y footprint is about the size of an Eclipse gum package, while its z axis (height) is almost exactly 1.5 DVD cases tall. Small enough to fit into a pocket, but large enough where you’ll definitely notice it in your pocket.
