Just recently Patriot Memory rolled out 128 GB variants of its Rage XT, Boost XT and and Pulse Supersonic USB 3.0 drives. It looks like they were not done there, they have just announced an even higher capacity 256 GB Boost XT Model (PEF256GSRUSB).
The new line of the storage products by Plextor was revealed at the IFA in Berlin earlier this week namely the M6 SSD prototype and the M.2 form factor SSDs. The M6 SSD prototype is the sixth generation of the M series, its predecessor being the last M5 series. Corsair has announced a new solid state drive to their Force series of drives. The drive is called the Force LS and while the Force 3, Force GT and Force GS are powered by the LSI SandForce SF-2200 controller, the Force LS Series uses a Phison controller.
