OCZ has announced their new Vector 150 SATA III SSD Series. This series makes use of the latest cutting-edge 19nm NAND flash process and an in-house Barefoot 3 controller design. This makes the Vector 150 OCZ’s highest performing SATA III solid state drive series to date.

Corsair has announced a new solid state drive to their Force series of drives. The drive is called the Force LS and while the Force 3, Force GT and Force GS are powered by the LSI SandForce SF-2200 controller, the Force LS Series uses a Phison controller.
