Microsoft will be launching Windows 10 on July 29, which is just a little over a week from now. It looks like Intel will be launching their flagship Skylake processors soon after. We first reported on AMD’s Project Quantum last week and as I pointed out the unit that they were showing at the event was in fact powered by an Intel CPU.
