NVIDIA has just introduced their GRID on-demand gaming service. This service will launch in North America on November 18th, next month in Europe and next year in Asia. The GRID service will be free on the NVIDIA SHIELD tablet and SHIELD portable through June 30, 2015.
ASUS has just announced their GeForce GTX 980 Poseidon Platinum graphics card. This graphics card comes with a hybrid cooling solution that allows you to use either air or water to cool the card. Like previous Poseidon graphics cards this card is part of ASUS’s Republic of Gamers line.
Amazon is looking to test their same-day delivery drones in Cambridge, England. Late last year Amazon announced that they were considering using drones as a way of dramatically reducing the time it takes to deliver orders to customers. Many though this could just be a publicity stunt, but it look like Amazon is moving forward with the plan.

It looks like NVIDIA will not be waiting for the 20 nm fab process for its next big GPU. Riding on the success of the GM204 silicon, the next enthusiast-segment GM200 silicon will be based on the 28 nm silicon fab process. NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX Titan II could be based off this silicon.
Gigabyte has just announced the GeForce GTX 980 WaterForce Tri-SLI (GV-N980X3WA-4GB). This is probably the most powerful graphics card set to ever come out of a single box. This monstrosity is made up of three GeForce GTX 980 graphics cards, with a factory-fitted liquid cooling loop that sits outside of your case.
