I spent a fair amount of time experimenting overclocking with the EP45T-DS3R. Though my memory is a good overclocker, there wasn't much chance of me getting to DDR3-1900, so I didn't try. I found what I thought was a stable CPU overclock, 3.8 gigs, but nearly every benchmark made me knock it down a notch or two. I ended up with a fairly respectable 3.699gHz, which is about average of the overclocks that I have received with this CPU.

Testing - Benchmarks

To see the performance and stability of the EP45T-DS3R, I ran a battery of benchmarks. These check out the entire range of subsystems, and often point out instabilities in the system. I ran the benchmarks at stock clock, and then reran the tests at my maximum stable overclock.
