First Looks
Just like all other OCZ memory the modules comes in the standard OCZ clear packaging. The back of the packing has some information about OCZ and quotes from various reviews.
Taking the modules out of the packaging the first thing that you notice are the ATI heatspreaders. These just look badass! These heatspreaders are exclusive to OCZ and are all red with an ATI logo in the center. They are a modified version of OCZ's popular XTC heatspeaders.
On each module is a small sticker with the part number, operating speed, memory size, and timings. There are some companies that do not do this. I like this because you know what to set the timings at in your bios. Sometimes while switching memory out you have to look it up, it's just convenient that it is right on the module.
Even if you do not have a CrossFire system and you love ATI then you should just get these modules for the heatspreaders, they are just amazing!
Installation
Installation is simple just push the memory in. This is dual channel memory so make sure you have it in the right slots when installing. The heatspreaders really look awesome when the memory is installed.
