Introduction
A few reviews ago I reviewed the b-Cool fan from Blue Gears; today I have their newest edition the b-Ice. It isn't quite as exciting as the b-Cool with the built-in LCD temperature display, but the b-ice is exciting in its own right. With it's chrome finish and LEDs that reflect off of the chrome while spinning it does make for a nice presentation and is an attention getter. Read on to learn more...

First Looks
The b-ice came to me in its retail packaging, which is very bright and eye-appealing. If I was browsing through a store these might catch my eye as I went by and I would have to stop and take a better look. The front of the package gives you a nice view of the b-ice itself, while the back has a listing of the specs and features and also some more pictures to show you the available colors of the b-ice.
The b-ice comes with a standard Molex connector and four mounting screws.
There is the Blue Gears 'b' logo in the center of the fan. The back of the fan has the standard technical stuff listed on it.
The fan is all plastic, but yet doesn't feel cheap like other plastic fans do. The b-ice feel sturdy and well made. It would have been nice to see a fan grill included with the b-ice though.
