More First Looks

Opening the package up, we don't find much in the way of contents, a small instruction manual, short USB cable, carrying case and the Mini DisGo itself.

On the bottom of the drive we can see the product name, model and other essential information. Looking closer at the side we find the mini USB port and the LED activity light. This glows green when powered on and changes to orange while transferring data. The sides of the drive are rubber.

The carrying pouch is fairly thick, and closes with Velcro. It holds the drive very snugly in place.

The Mini DisGo is very small, I have a standard double A battery in the picture to show scale, it is a bit larger than one battery and about half as thick.

The X-Micro Mini Disgo is very light, I was very surprised by just how light it is. The carrying pouch is lined with a soft cloth that also adheres to the Velcro strip on the front to insure a tight fit so the drive does not fall out during transfer. The pouch appears to be made of soft leather.
