Introduction
Well, I have to admit, I am a Logitech 'Fanboy', and why shouldn't I be? They make excellent products and they are at the top of the input peripheral market. The quality of Logitech's products is legendary and what other companies strive for. I own quite a few Logitech products myself, that I have purchased and received for review. Their products never fail to impress me, they seem to be on the leading edge of what we want or need in a mouse, keyboard or other hardware device. Recently I reviewed the Logitech G5 corded laser gaming mouse, today I have the G7, which could be considered the bigger brother to the G5. Let's take a look at it.
Big thanks to Logitech for providing the G7 for review today!
First Looks
The G7's packaging is very eye catching and sort of futuristic or a 'techno' style, this is a good thing of course. It is similar to the standard Logitech packaging we are used to but with quite a bit more flair to it. The front of the packaging showcases the G7 in a display like plastic casing; underneath the mouse we can also see the USB cordless receiver. There are also listed some highlights of the features of the G7 as well.
On the back of the box there is a better description of the features, and on the side of the technical specs of the G7 mouse.
Let's get this puppy out of the box and get a better look at it. Everything is in its own little compartment to keep them safe. Flipping it over, this is cool, there is the G7 logo cut out on the back.
