Conclusion

Despite the tracking problem the G5 is an excellent mouse. The feel is just great. I love the ability to adjust the weights, and the sensitivity. The G5 truly is an excellent gaming mouse, not long ago I reviewed the Razer Copperhead and I would pick the G5 over the Copperhead any day. The G5 may not have all the buttons that the Copperhead does, but I don't feel a need for them honestly, the buttons on the G5 are more than enough. Sometimes simpler is better.

Logitech is truly a leader in mice creation and design. Not to mention I love all of their other products as well. If you are looking for a great gaming grade mouse then here it is the Logitech G5 Laser Mouse. ThinkComputers gives the Logitech G5 Laser Mouse a 9 out of 10 score. It would have gotten a perfect score except for the tracking problem, gamers have mousepads that they love and this just might not work with it.

Pros:
- Laser
- Adjustable sensitivity on all levels
- Ease of use
- Nice feel
- Adjustable weight pack
- Excellent quality
- Nice extras (think weight tin and cool cord)

Cons:
- Not compatible with all mousepads/surfaces

I would like to than Logitech for the chance to review another one of their great products.
