Samsung P2370HD 23-inch Multi-function LCD Monitor - September 16, 2009
When I was asked to take a look at a couple of Samsung LCD monitors, as usual I jumped on whichever one was the larger size. In this case it would be the Samsung P2370HD though when I received it a few days later little did I realize at the time that this particular monitor would be a HDTV, bonus right? Over the course of my computer experience I have always enjoyed using and looking at Samsung LCD monitors. I have always found that they produce a bright, sharp and vivid display without having to break the bank and I was looking forward to test driving the P2370HD to see if Samsung has been keeping up with its quality for well built displays.

Now the 16:9 models are starting to come out offering full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080. Today we will be looking at one such monitor the Samsung SyncMaster 2233SW, which is a 22-inch display that features a 5ms response time, 15000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and a very sleek design.

HP TS-22W7H Debranded 22-inch Widescreen LCD Monitor - November 24, 2008
Sometimes the best things in life are unmarked or unbranded: Federal Reserve notes, police records, white bags of food at the grocery store, and cheap, generic medicines. Like those, this 22" widescreen LCD monitor lacks markings or branding, but my keen eye, and Geeks.com's product page, tell me this is an HP TS-22W7H monitor with HDMI and VGA input. It has speakers, too! Does this monitor shine? Does it display excellently? ThinkComputers finds out.

It features a 1920 x 1200 native resolution, 500 nits brightness, 2ms response time, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. Let's take a look...
