Installation
Installation is pretty simple; first you are going to want to connect the internal USB connector and power connector to the PCB before you mount the IU01 USB Expansion System in your case. Once you have those connected go ahead and mount the IU01 USB Expansion System in your case. Finally connect the power and the internal USB connector and you are good to go!

Just for kicks I wanted to see if using the IU01 USB Expansion System with a USB drive would slow down or speed up performance compared to using the front panel on a case. I used a Kingston DataTraveler c10 4GB flash drive.

For testing I used HDTune. As you can see the results are almost identical.
