Taking a closer look at the mobility lineup it will go from the top tier GeForce GTX 880M all the way down to the entry level GeForce GT 840M. The top tier chips will feature the MXM design which means that they will be interchangeable, upgradable and even offer SLI support on some notebook designs. The MXM chips are as follows:

– GeForce GTX 880M 8 GB / N15E-GX-A2
– GeForce GTX 870M 6 GB / N15P-GT
– GeForce GTX 860M 4 GB / N15P-GX

Next we have the entry level models that will feature an on-board design which means these chips will be soldered to the mainboard so they cannot be upgraded. These chips include

– GeForce GTX 860M 2 GB GDDR5 / N15P-GX
– GeForce GTX 850M 2 GB DDR3 / N15P-GT
– GeForce GT 840M 2 GB DDR3 / N15S-GT1

The memory listed is not the actual VRAM of the chips but rather the system memory for the entire notebook.
