Well here are the first shots of the reference GeForce GTX 980 Ti. As we expected the reference card uses the same PCB as the GeForce GTX Titan X. The cooler is is silver, much like the GTX 980. The only real difference is of course the GTX 980 Ti naming on the cooler shroud.

As we reported late last week the GTX 980 Ti will be a cut-down version of the GM200 silicon with 2 of its 24 SMM units disabled. This will result in 2816 CUDA cores and 176 TMUs. The card will have half the memory (6GB) of the Titan X and that memory will run across the same 384-bit interface.

The card is expected to launch in early June, most likely on the sidelines of Computex 2015. NVIDIA will be allowing AIC partners to launch with custom versions of the card so you might want to hold out for those.
