NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 To Launch On June 25th

Last month NVIDIA announced their GeForce GTX 780 and GeForce GTX 770 graphics cards. Maybe people also expected a GeForce GTX 760 or GeForce GTX 760 Ti card to launch in June, but it has not happened yet. The GeForce GTX 760 was spotted at Computex, so when is the card going to launch? According to Videocardz the card will launch on June 25th.

Many people thought the card would be launching next week, but for some reason the launch was postponed for a week. Many people believe that the delay is caused by AIB partners who were not ready for the transition over to the new card.

Sources claim that the GeForce GTX 760 would be a faster version of the GeForce GTX 670, so expect a higher clockrate on both the graphics and memory. Other reports suggest that the GTX 670 would be replaced by a GTX 760 Ti and the GTX 760 would just be a rebranded GTX 660 OEM (the one with 1152 CUDAs). Since there are conflicting reports we know one thing for sure, NVIDIA is planning one card for June, which is the non-Ti model.

Many people are very excited for both the GeForce GTX 760 and GeForce GTX 760 Ti because these cards represent the mid-range and will have a more budget conscious pricetag associated with them. They will be great for gamers who cannot afford the more expensive GeForce GTX 780 or GTX Titan.
