What better way to show you how to install this cooler than with a video!  The video below shows installation of the NH-L12 on an Intel LGA 2011 socket.

Here are some post-install photos.  As you can see I was easily able to install my quad channel memory kit.  The kit is Crucial’s Ballistix Elite, which has some of the largest heatspeaders that I have seen.  If you are looking for memory that will actually fit below the heatsink you can get a good idea of what will fit from the photos below.
