Memory front runner Patriot was at CES showing of their brand new M.2 form factor SSD. The Hellfire is an NVMe Gen 3 PCIe drive that has some pretty nice performance specs.
The drive will be available in sizes up to 960 GB and boasts Read and Writes of 2,500 MB/s and 600 MB/s. The drive is equipped with a Phison 5007 controller and MLC nand. Look for the Hellfire to hit shelves near the end of Q1 of 2016. Pricing is currently not available.
