MSI Shows Off Z170A XPOWER Gaming Titanium Motherboard

MSI has been showing off the motherboard you see below on their Facebook pages, the board in the Z170A XPOWER Gaming Titanium Edition. I have to say it is one of the best Z170 motherboards we have seen! This motherboard is made to support Intel’s upcoming Skylake desktop processors.

As you can see MSI is going with a very attractive white, silver, and black color design and yes that is a silver PCB! The board gets power by a combination of 24-pin ATX, 8-pin EPS, and 4-pin power connection. It looks like there is a 16 phase VRM design with new Titanium chokes.

The board will come with an “OC Dashboard” that allows for manual overclocking. The dashboard can actually be removed from the motherboard and used with an included cable to avoid freezing of the OC buttons when using LN2 cooling.
