Testing & Usage
Of course I tested the H1-Touch with my iPhone, but it also works with many other mobile devices such as Blackberry’s, the Palm Pre, and any phone that isn’t too small. To place your phone in the H1-Touch just move the arms out and place your phone in then go ahead and move the arms back in to get a tight grip on your phone.
As I said the phone can be angled any direction you want and even be made to sit facing up if you were showing some type of presentation on your phone. Being able to switch the phone into landscape mode is great for texting and playing games.
Using my iPhone with the H1-Touch was pretty simple once in the holder I tested out sending e-mails and playing games. The H1-Touch worked really well and my iPhone did not fall out of the holder at all. Playing games and watching movies on my iPhone also was more enjoyable since I didn’t have to hold the phone up, the H1-Touch did all of the work! Here is a video LUXA2 has made showcasing all of the features of the H1-Touch.
The H1-Touch is a neat little accessory that you either like or you don’t. It can be very helpful and is a nice accessory for your desk. It does exactly what it is made to do and it does it well. Looking at other mobile holders out there they are just made for the iPhone and the H1-Touch is made for many devices, not just the iPhone. It has a great design and would look great sitting next to a big Apple display. The H1-Touch sells for $50 online, which is about $10 more than other holders, but like I said this one can fit more the just the iPhone. $50 is still a bit expensive for something that just holds your phone though. Overall ThinkComputers gives the LUXA2 H1-Touch a 9 out of 10 score.
