LUXA2 GroovyW Overview
The GroovyW is your typical Bluetooth wireless speaker, but the main difference is that it comes with a charging station and is made to be set up how you see it in the photo below. The Bluetooth speaker itself is not that large with the official dimensions of 180 x 82 x 66 mm (LxWxH). This means it is small enough to easily carry with you or throw in a backpack or laptop bag.
The front of the GroovyW is pretty plain with a small LUXA2 logo towards the bottom There are silver accents around the speaker, which give it a pretty sleek look. The speaker itself has an audio output of 7W.
Moving around back you have a small power button, USB charging port and auxiliary in audio connection.
At the top of the GroovyW are the touch sensitive buttons which include volume up, volume down, and play / pause / answer call. There are also indicators for Bluetooth connectivity, battery level and the microphone is located on the top of the device as well. On the far left is the NFC section of the device where you can tap your phone for connectivity.
The bottom of the GroovyW is rubberized so it will not move around on whichever surface you place it on. There is a small circular section that allows the GroovyW to dock with the wireless charging station.
The wireless charging station is not that large with official dimensions of 194 x 69 x 17 mm (LxWxH). While it is a bit long to carry with you in your pocket it can be done. The wireless charging station can be used alone and not with the GroovyW. There is a small LUXA2 logo in the center and a ring that allows it to be docked with the GroovyW.
On the right side of the device there is a USB port for charging your devices so this is not solely a wireless charger. There is a microUSB connection for charging the up the charging station and four LEDs to show you the battery level.
On the front right of the charging station is a power button to turn it on and get your charging started.
