Every few years Lian Li releases a special edition case. In the past we’ve seen them in the form of a spider, train and more! This year Lian Li is showing off a case that takes the form of a ship or yacht. It is a funny functional PC case though as it can fit mini-ITX builds with no problems.
The PC-Y6 will be available in both white and black versions. As I mentioned it supports mini-ITX motherboards, but you also have room inside for graphics cards up to 300 mm, a full-size ATX power supply, and two hard drives. The only thing that you are really limited on is CPU cooler support as you can only fit CPU coolers up to 60 mm in height.
Lian Li make use of a riser cable that allows the graphics card to be placed under the motherboard. There is also a 140 mm fan that sits under the graphics card to keep things nice and cool. No word on pricing yet or how many Lian Li will be making, but expect to see the PC-Y6 out in April.
