Opening it Up
The lid on the X200 is very easy to open up. The hinge is bi-directional which means you can adjust the screen both left and right, unlike older ThinkPad tablet models.
Like all tablets the screen can be placed flat and locked into place. Right above the screen is the 1.3 megapixel camera. It is nice to see a webcam on business-minded laptop, so many people use Skype and other video chat services for business.
Along the bottom of the screen on the left side you have all your activity LED’s, optional secondary power button, and screen position buttons. On the right side Lenovo has managed to fit the fingerprint reader right below the screen.
One thing I always love about ThinkPad’s is the keyboard and this ThinkPad is no different. The keyboard is extremely comfortable to type on and has no flex what so ever! Because this is a tablet you do not get a touchpad, but you still get the ever popular trackpoint and mouse buttons.
