The Power Force PF-850 is a pretty simple unit that is not all that flashy at all. I really was not expecting much as this unit is designed for the mainstream. The unit is all black and the only thing that identifies it as a Kingwin power supply is a sticker on the side. This sticker also has your input / output graph on it. This power supply is not completely modular as the 24pin power connector and CPU power connector are still connected to the unit.
The back of the unit have a honeycomb design that allows for good airflow. Also on the back you will find the power connection and power switch. On the bottom of the unit you will find a 140mm cooling fan. The fan speed will adjust automatically depending on the temperature of the power supply.
You have a total of 8 modular connectors. They are color-coded to correspond with the included modular cables. With the modular cables you have 6x molex power connectors, 8x SATA power connectors, 4x 8pin (6+2pin) PCIe connectors and 2x 4pin floppy connectors.
Another thing to mention is that the cables that are already connected are sleeved all the way up into the power supply. And there is a plastic ring around the opening in the power supply. This makes sure the cables will not snag or rip.
