Intel Rolling Out Celeron “Bay Trail” Based NUC

Intel will soon be rolling out a new NUC form-factor system based on the Atom “Bay Trail” SoC. The product name is the NUC DN2820FYKH and it will run a Celeron N2820 SoC, which is a dual-core 64-bit x86 CPU clocked at 2.4 GHz and a TDP of under 7.5W.

The system board will feature a single DDR3L SO-DIMM slot, SATA 3 GB/s port, single USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI and stereo audio. Other connectivity includes gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, IrDA, and Bluetooth 4.0. The measurements of the unit are 116.6 x 112 x 55 mm and does feature a VESA mount. Intel is planning to sell this NUC for $139.
