These two desktop chips will be followed by three BGA chips (R-Series) that will be available in products like NUCs, AiO’s and SFF designs.

The Core i7-5775C is the flagship processor of Boradwell and will come clocked at 3.3 GHz with a boost up to 3.7 GHz. It is a quad-core chip with hyper threading enabled, 6 MB of L3 cache and 1600 MHz native DDR3 memory support.

The second chip is the Core i5-5675C which also is a quad-core part, but lacks the hyper threading support. This processor comes with a core clock of 3.1 GHz and boosts up to 3.6 GHz. It has 4 MB of L3 cache and supports the same DDR3 memory.

Both chips have the Iris Pro 6200 iGPU which is a Broadwell GT3e model featuring 48 Execution Units, 64 MB of eDRAM (L4) cache and 128-bit memory interface. Both chips have a TDP of 65W.
