We got our first look at the In Win Tòu back in June when it was unveiled at Computex. Now we have the full specifications of the case and a lot more photos! If you were wondering the name Tòu stands for transparency in Mandarin Chinese. If you take a look at the case it does achieve this transparency, but there is more. It is made of 3mm thick tempered glass, but has a special coating that will allow the case to appear mirror-like when the system us powered down. When the system is turned on the case becomes transparent.
The rest of the chassis is made of 2-4mm thich aluminum. It goes through a process called Sand Casting, which employs sand molds to produce the intricate shapes you see on the case.
The Tòu is a full tower case you will have have support for ATX motherboards as well as smaller motherboard like Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX. As far as cooling goes you have room for 4 120mm fans (three top and one intake). You also have room for a large 360mm radiator at the top of the case.
The front panel of the case houses your connections which include two USB 3.0 ports and HD audio connections. There are also touch sensitive buttons which include your power and controls for the integrated fan controller and the lighting level.
