Impressive Fully Functional Lego Keyboard

We have seen Lego cases and mods before, but how about a keyboard? Lego artist Jason Allenmann has created a fully functional Lego keyboard that is quite impressive.

Powering the keyboard is a traditional circuit board and sensor pad from a traditional keyboard, but the rest of the keyboard is made of Legos. Allenmann said his biggest challenge was interfacing the Lego keys with the sensor pad.

Instead of making his own keys out of Legos, Allenmann stick with the traditional Lego tiles that have been produced over the years. Allenmann had to get creative and actually used a roof for the home key, photo of a scroll for scroll lock and a tile with a mini baseball cap for the Caps Lock key.
