iLuv Aurora Illusion & Flightfit Gaudi iPhone 5/5s Cases Review

Usage & Testing
Before we get into testing these cases let’s see how easy they are to install on our iPhone 5s. The Aurora Illusion case is a silicone case so you basically just slide your iPhone right in. One thing about silicon cases is that sometimes they can be loose, but the Aurora Illusion was nice and snug on my iPhone.

The FlightFit Gaudi case takes a little bit more work to get your iPhone inside, but still is pretty easy. First separate it into two parts. Then install your iPhone in the blue section, it should slide right over your iPhone. Reinstall the white polycarbonate piece and you are good to go.

Both of the cases provide pretty good protection for your iPhone. Your phone should survive most minor drops and bumps as long as it does not land directly on the screen. Also you shouldn’t have to worry about scratches on your iPhone from say keys or other things that may be in your pocket. Out of both of the cases the FlightFit Gaudi provides more protection because it is a two part case with a polycarbonate outer shell.

Both of the cases are white so you may notice they do get dirty pretty easily, but that is expected with any white case. I did the flash test on both cases and they both passed. This is where you take a photo in a dark room with the flash on and see if the case cases the flash to white out any of the picture.

Another cool thing about these cases is that they both glow in the dark. This is definitely an added bonus!
