iLuv sent us both cases in the same color, which is white with light blue accents. Other colors available for the Aurora Illusion are pink with light blue accents and black with yellow accents. The Flightfit Gaudi is also available in black with yellow accents.
The cases have two completely different designs on their backside. The Aurora Illusion has pretty interesting and trippy design on the back. The FlightFit Gaudi is inspired by renowned architect Antoni Gaudi’s unique creations and features an eye-catching, geometric pattern with the light blue circle accents. All of the light blue parts of both cases will actually glow in the dark, which we will show you a little later in the review.
The Aurora Illusion is a more lightweight silicone case that will fit snug over your iPhone. The FlightFit Gaudi is actually a two part case with a hard polycarbonate exterior and soft thermoplastic polyurethane interior. So you have a hard shell on the outside to protect against drops etc and a soft interior to cushion your iPhone.
Like all iPhone cases you have openings on the back for the camera on your iPhone. These openings seem large enough that you won’t get the “white” flash issue that happens with some cases.
On the left side of each case you have an opening for mute button and a raised section for the volume controls.
The bottom of the cases allow for use of the lightning connector, speaker, and headphones connector. The Aurora Illusion case has openings for each connection, while the FlightFit Gaudi is just one long open section.
