HighSpeed PC Top Deck Tech Station Review
Hardware Installation
Installing your hardware is extremely easy, more or less for the fact that this is made to be a test bench so HighSpeed PC assumes you will be changing out hardware quite frequently. The motherboard is just simply places on the top deck and is held in place by the two nylon screws. There are 2 nylon nuts that you can use the really secure your motherboard if needed. The only real issue that may occur when installing your motherboard is that once installed the SATA ports if at a 90 degree angle are a little hard to access. But you can always just attach your SATA cables first before you install the motherboard.
The rest of your hardware is installed under the top deck. Place the included non-slip mat down and place your power supply, optical drive and other devices on the bottom deck. The non-slip mat will hold them in place pretty well, although a permanent locking solution would have been nice. You can install your drives by simply sliding them into the rails. The hard drive stop on the end will make sure they do not slide out. Hardware installation does not take that long at all.
