We will be running the X79-UD3 through a full battery of benchmarks. Here are the specifications of our test system.

Case: Cooler Master Cosmos II Case
We will be testing the system at the Core i7-3820’s stock speed of 3.6GHz and again at our max overclock of 4.75GHz. Here are the tests we will be running.

So I bought this motherboard but now I’m unsure if the intels i7-3770K cpu would be compatible with this motherboard. Im unsure because of the socket as this one has 1155 and the i7 3820 has the 2011 socket. Can anyone help?
You will need a socket 2011 CPU for this motherboard
