Gigabyte has just announced the Xtreme Gaming XK700 mechanical keyboard. This keyboard features a sleek aluminum top and has a standard 104-key layout, with the addition of 22 hotkeys (enabled with the function key). This deck will feature Cherry MX RGB mechanical switches and offers full NKRO over USB, anti-ghosting, and 512KB of onboard memory to locally store your game settings and lighting profiles.
To configure and manage the RGB LEDs on each key you use Gigabyte’s RGB spectrum software. You can configure individual keys, a set of keys, and there are quite a few really cool lighting effects. The keyboard comes with a set of orange keycaps to use on your favorite keys, and a set of wrist bands. No word on pricing.
