GeIL EVO Forza DDR4-2400 32GB Memory Kit Review

Final Thoughts
When I first received the GeIL EVO Forza memory I was really excited to see what it could do, but after spending some time with it I am sort of disappointed. When it comes to DDR4 2400 MHz is pretty low, and the fact you can’t set this memory on anything else except what the XMP profiles recommends or horrible auto timings if you overclock means that you are more or less going to run this kit at its stock speed and nothing else.

On top of that the actual heatspreaders are flimsy and I actually bent one when I went to install this memory. I would have rather had thicker and better quality heatspreaders than the thin ones that extend above the modules, which could cause you clearance issues.

This memory does look pretty sweet and we does not like the black and yellow design (I’m from Pittsburgh), but that seems to be all this memory has going for it.

Overall ThinkComputers gives the GeIL EVO Forza DDR4-2400 32GB Memory Kit a 7 out of 10 score.
