EVGA has just unveiled their GeForce GTX 980 Ti Classified ACX 2.0+ graphics card. This card will sit right below the GTX 980 Ti Kingpin Edition and just above the GTX 980 Ti Hybrid in EVGA’s GTX 980 Ti product stack. This will be EVGA’s fastest GTX 980 Ti card up until the point the Kingpin Edition starts selling.
The card comes with a factory overclock of 1190 MHz core and 1291 MHz GPU boost with an untouched memory of 7.0 GHz. This is compared to the reference speeds of 1000 MHz core and 1076 MHz GPU Boost. The card features EVGA’s ACX 2.0+ air-cooling solution which features a large dual fin-stack heatsink that is ventilated by two fans. The card comes with a sleek pre-installed back-plate as well.
The card features a custom PCB with a 14+3 power phase design that draws power from dual 8pin PCI-Express power connectors. The card also has a dual-BIOS and supports EVGA’s EV-Bot module. The card is available now with a MSRP of $700.
