Cubitek Tank XL-ATX Case Review

Tank Overview
The first thing I noticed about the Tank when I took it out of the box was that it was rather light.  This is because it is made of all aluminum.  Most cases have a steel design with the front bezel being aluminum, but not the Tank.  The entire case is made of Aluminum.  This not only makes the case lightweight, but also make it look great.  The brushed aluminium finish on the front bezel looks awesome!  The case is all black and only comes in this color.

Taking a look at the front of the case you can really see the nice brushed aluminum finish.  Starting towards the top you have three 5.25-inch drive bays and a 3.5-inch drive bay in a normal-sized one.  Below that there is a large section of ventilation holes, behind those is a large 230mm intake fan.

On the top of the case you will find all of your connections and the power and reset button.  You do have 2 USB 3.0 ports, an eSATA port and your HD audio connectors.  Moving towards the back of the case you will find another large ventilated section that houses two 140mm fans.

As we take a look at the back of the case you can see another fan.  This is a 140mm exhaust fan.  So in total you have 4 included fans.  There are 2 large water-cooling holes and above them is another ventilation section.  You will also notice a handle on the side panel, this makes it easier to remove.  Another thing that you will notice all around this case is thumbscrews, they are always a welcome sight.

Flipping the case over there are 4 large feet on the case.  You will also notice another ventilation section that is right below where your power supply will be installed.
