COUGAR to Launch Gaming Peripheral Line

It looks like Cougar is will be launching a gaming peripheral line at Computex next week! They are following suite as G.Skill announced they will be announcing gaming products as well. We mainly know Cougar for their cases and power supplies, but now we can add gaming keyboard and mice to the mix. Cougar explains this is an “important milestone for the brand”.

Cougar Gaming Keyboard

The gaming line will start with gaming keyboards. The flagship of the line will be the CGK500 which will feature mechanical keys and LED-backlit keys. The second keyboard is the CGK300, which will be a cut-down version of the CGK500. Both keyboard will offer macro keys and the ability to disable the Windows key.

Cougar Gaming Mice

There will be gaming mice introduced as well. They will include the CGM500 and CGM300. These mice will features a 5000 DPI sensor, non-slip rubber coatings, programmable buttons, orange colored LED backlighting, adjustable report rates, Omron micro switches and teflon feet.

No word yet on pricing and availability, but expect to see all of that information next week.
