Corsair VENGEANCE LED DDR4-3200 32GB Memory Kit Overview
As I mentioned this is the CMU32GX4M4C3200C16 kit, which is a 32 GB kit so we have four 8 GB DDR4 DIMMS. These could be used in an X99 system in quad channel mode or in a Z170 / Z270 or AM4 system in dual channel mode.
The VENGEANCE LED modules have an all black design, so you have a black PCB with all black aluminum alloy heatspreaders. Memory modules look so much better when the PCB matches the heatspreader in my opinion. At the center of the module you have a VENGEANCE LED logo in white which looks good as well. Moving up there is a section that covers the light bar.
Flipping over to the other side we have pretty much the same thing except that there is a sticker where the VENGEANCE LED logo was on the other side. This sticker gives you the model number, capacity, operating speeds, and voltage.
Taking a look at the memory from the side we can see that because of the light bar this memory is slightly taller than normal memory. This is something that you are going to want to keep in mind, especially if you are using a larger air cooler.
Finally on the top of the memory we find Corsair logos, so if you do happen to have a window on your case people can see that you are rocking Corsair memory. The heatspreader goes up and over the light bar, which will give a pretty cool effect when it is all lit up. As far as the VENGEANCE LED series is concerned Corsair offers them in white, red, and blue. They have also just released their VENGEANCE RGB, which has an RGB light bar inside.
