The Corsair CS850M fits the typical ATX power supply form factor so it will fit in pretty much any case that supports ATX power supplies. The official dimensions of the unit are 150mm x 86mm x 160mm. The unit is all black and pretty subtle. On the top there is a sticker that has all of your input and output information on it.

On each side of the unit there is a large sticker letting everyone know you are rocking a Corsair CS850M power supply if you happen to have a case that shows off your power supply.

On the bottom of the unit you will find a 120 mm cooling fan covered by a fan grill that has the Corsair logo on it. This is a typical sleeve bearing fan and does NOT have a zero RPM mode, it it will be on at all times.

The rear of the unit has a honeycomb design that allows the unit to “breathe” and will help out with cooling. Also on the back of the unit is a the power button and power switch.

Moving to the front of the unit we can see that this unit is only semi-modular. The 24pin ATX, and EPS connectors are actually connected to the power supply. The 24pin is sleeved all the way into the unit and the EPS connector uses a flat cable design. The hole where the cables come in also has a plastic ring around it which will prevent the cables from possibly ripping.

Also on the front of the unit are your modular connections, which are labeled.

Taking a look at the included power cables we can see that they use the flat cable design. This design makes it quite easy to route and keep your cables organized.
