not really, most don't come with the extension. Plus some mobos are putting the 8pin connection on the bottom now

I prefer cases with bottom mounted PSU however not including a 8-pin extension cable is a deal breaker.

Nice case however I like the front panel of the 690 more than the Gladiator 600.
