It looks like AMD is getting ready for another graphics card promotion for Holiday 2016. NVIDIA has already started their “Hackers Wanted” promotion, so it looks like it is AMD’s turn. The company is planning on giving away game keys to “Sid Meier’s Civilization VI” with its Radeon RX 480 graphics cards, this includes both the 8GB and 4GB variants.
This promotion not only includes reference RX 480’s, but custom-design cards as well. Purchase receipts for the cards will come with a special promotion code that can be redeemed at the AMD Rewards website, which will add the game directly to your Steam account. “Civilization VI” just received an update which allows it to take advantage of DirectX 12.
