Below is the first picture of Corsair’s second 1200 watt power supply, the HX1200i. This unit will sit above the HX1050 and below the already released AX1200i. This unit is said to feature an 80PLUS Platinum rating, a load-based fan which will stay off during idle, and fully modular cabling.
Func has just added another addition to their lineup of gaming peripherals. They have just announced the white edition of their HS-260 gaming headset. The HS-260 is not a new product as its been out for a little while now, but the white version will sure attract more gamers who prefer that color over the already released black version.
A user on the Chiphell forums has posted some very interesting benchmarks. Now before we continue we would say to take this information with a grain of salt as we cannot verify it and we have seen fakes before in the past. The Chiphell user posted benchmarks of a supposed AMD Bermuda (R9 390X), AMD Fiji (R9 380X), a NVIDIA GM200 (Titan 2) and a NVIDIA GM200 cut-down version (GTX 980 Ti?). Of course these would all have to be engineering samples of the cards.
CRYORIG, innovator of PC thermal peripherals, is preparing the second model in the H Series lineup, featuring H series standard HiveFin technology. Besides moniker HiveFin technology, the CRYORIG H7 will also incorporate Zero RAM Interference and many other great features found in previously announced CRYORIG cooling solutions. The CRYORIG H7 will be targeted at mainstream PC systems with limited CPU cooler height. Thanks to the total height of 145 mm, H7 will be able to fit almost all mid-tower cases.
Last month Corsair announced their Neutron XT solid state drives. These drives make use of a Phison PS3110 quad-core controller and modern 19 nm Toshiba A19 MLC NAND flash chips over an 8-channel interface. When the original announcement was made no pricing details were announced, but now we have them!
