Not all small form factor systems can support a full-size ATX power supply. When space is limited you might need to choose another type of power supply and unlike ATX power supplies smaller power supplies usually do not have that many features. Well be quiet! wants to change that with their TFX Power 2 and SFX Power 2 power supplies.
Starting with the SFX Power 2, it will be available in 400W and 300W version, both of which are 80PLUS Bronze certified. This unit is perfect for the small build as it does have a 6+2 PCIe connector for a discrete graphics card. Keeping the unit cool is a temperature controlled 80 mm fan.
Moving on the TFX Power 2 it will be available in a 300W 80PLUS Gold version and a 300W 80PLUS Bronze version. Both versions will feature dual 12V rails and have PCIe support. Again another 80 mm fan will keep the unit cool.
Expect both of these units to hit the US later this year.
