Testing – CPU Testing
First up we have Sisoftware Sandra 2011b. We ran the two CPU specific benchmarks the processor arithmetic and processor multimedia.

A new program we have added to our testing is the AIDA64 Extreme Edition. It is the successor to “Lavalys Everest”. We will be running the CPU specific benchmarks: Queen, PhotoWorxx, ZLib, AES and Hash. These tests use very little system memory, so they are very good for comparing different CPUs. First up is Queen and PhotoWorxx, remember higher scores are better.

Next up we have the Zip Library test. This test measures combined CPU and memory subsystem performance through the open source zlib compression library.

The AES test is next, higher scores here are better here as well.
