Conclusions
The Asus M4A785TD-V EVO has won numerous awards for good reason. This is a great, stable motherboard. It sets up easily, performs well, and takes my Phenom II X3 720 to its highest overclock yet.
Though the bundle is rather small, keep in mind that this is an economy motherboard. Besides, everything you need to get up and going is there.
The Asus M4A785TD-V EVO sells for $99.99 at my favorite online retailer. You can pay twice that for an AM3 motherboard, but I see no reason to, this is all the motherboard you need. ThinkComputers.org gives the Asus M4A785TD-V EVO AMD 785G motherboard a 10 out of 10 score.

Pros:
– Looks sharp
– Easy setup
– Simple to use BIOS
– Great price
Cons:
– None
I bought this board a few months back. While I am fairly happy with it, I have one performance issue I have not been able to resolve. When downloading files my my speed has decreased about 500kB on average. where I used to average about 2MB/sec I am now getting about 1.5 Mb/sec. I installed the latest drivers with no improvement. All other factors are unchanged, same router, modem, cables, etc. Only the motherboard was changed. Any ideAS?
